The base with old overglaze green Imperial Porcelain Factory mark (Nikolas II) with ‘1916’, overglaze blue hammer, sickle and cogwheel mark as well as inscribed in Cyrillic ‘Летописец’ (The Chronicler) and ‘по рис. Венгеровской С.Г.’ (after the fig. of S.G. Vengerovskaya) with dating ‘1924.’
